Commercial Roofing Solutions

Basin Roofing & Construction uses spray polyurethane foam (SPF) for commercial clients in and around the Permian Basin. SPF is considered a closed-cell material. During application, the two active liquid components come together in the mixing gun and expand to roughly 20-30 times their standard volume. This occurs immediately and forms a rigid polyurethane foam (PUF) that is sprayed across the roof.

This foam can be applied in different thicknesses and will eventually create a seamless monolithic surface. We can also use this product for flashing, penetrations, and parapet walls depending on your needs. This smooths over seams around these cold joints, which are prime areas that would otherwise be susceptible to major leaks.

Benefits of SPF

Waterproof

Though we may not get a lot of rain here in the Permian Basin and West Texas, you can rest assured that your SPF roof will act as a waterproof cover.

Insulation

With an R-value of 7.14 per inch thickness, SPF is a natural insulator.

Energy Efficient

During the cooler months, heat is trapped inside. Conversely, the sun’s rays are reflected off the roof’s surface in warmer months. This allows you to better manage your energy usage throughout the year.

Cost Effective

A SPF roof installed by a high-quality roofing company like Basin Roofing & Construction can save your business time and money. These roofs can last decades and require very little maintenance.
